Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information RizzKit processes and how processing differs by feature. Last reviewed September 19, 2026.

Information you choose to provide

Feedback can store the feedback type, tool or site identifier, usefulness value, optional rating, comment, and optional email. Public rating summaries use genuine feedback records rather than seeded or synthetic ratings, but a submission is not proof of identity, purchase, expertise, or verified use, and the same person or device may be able to submit more than once. If you create an account, Clerk provides authentication and may process account identifiers and profile information needed for sign-in.

Files and tool input

Tools labeled client-side perform their core transformation in the browser. Exceptions are disclosed where they occur. AI features send the content needed for a result through the RizzKit API to OpenRouter's model service; the current routes do not insert prompts into the application database, while external providers and infrastructure still process request data under their own terms. Background removal sends an image to the RizzKit server for in-memory processing without an application-database or file-storage write. Secret Share sends browser-encrypted ciphertext for temporary storage while its decryption key remains in the URL fragment.

Usage data and browser storage

Optional first-party usage measurement is disabled by default. If enabled in Privacy choices, RizzKit records page paths, selected tool events, and a random per-tab heartbeat used to estimate sessions active in the preceding 60 seconds. It does not include tool input, filenames, search text, or secret values. Browser storage supports preferences such as theme, favorites, recent tools, and the measurement choice. Web infrastructure receives request metadata such as IP address, requested path, timing, and browser or device information. Authentication and essential providers may use cookies or similar mechanisms. Optional measurement never runs on sign-in, sign-up, the private live dashboard, promo, invalid routes, or Secret Share claim links.

Analytics and advertising

RizzKit currently does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion, or Google AdSense scripts, and it does not display ads. A publisher-account verification meta tag may be present, but it does not execute code, set cookies, or request an ad.

Privacy choices govern only optional first-party measurement; they are not an advertising consent management platform. Advertising must remain disabled until the publisher completes account review, configures a Google-certified consent management platform where required, and updates this policy to match the actual setup.

Purposes, retention, and choices

Information is processed to provide requested actions, operate authentication, maintain security, receive feedback, improve features, and measure page and tool usage after opt-in. Retention depends on the data type and operational need. You can keep optional measurement disabled, avoid optional AI actions, use local tools for sensitive files, omit a contact email, clear site data, and avoid signing in where an account is not required.

Use the contact form to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. Enough information may be needed to identify the relevant record and verify the request; requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate security or record-keeping needs.

Questions and changes

The policy may change as features and providers change. Send privacy questions through the contact form without including a password or secret. The relevant tool page remains the source for whether a particular task is local, server-processed, AI-assisted, or temporarily stored.
